RTR Conference 2026 – GreenTurn project results presented

On 10–12 February 2026, we participated in the RTR Conference 2026, where we presented the results achieved so far in the GreenTurn project. Our presentation took place during the session “User-Centric Innovations for Zero Emission E-Commerce,” which focused on innovative approaches supporting the transition toward zero-emission e-commerce.

The session was moderated by Yannick Bousse from CINEA – European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency and Marion Cottet from ALICE, Alliance for Logistics Innovation through Collaboration in Europe. The discussion highlighted how user-centered design, cross-supply-chain collaboration, and data transparency can accelerate the transition to zero-emission delivery and returns in e-commerce.

The GreenTurn results were presented by the project coordinator, Bartosz Kożuch from Łukasiewicz – Poznan Institute of Technology. Participants also had the opportunity to learn about the approach of the sister initiative, CodeZERO Project, presented by Claudia de Stasio from TRT TRASPORTI E TERRITORIO.

Key takeaways from the session:

  • Zero-emission e-commerce requires co-designing solutions with users, cities, and logistics operators to ensure alignment with real needs and infrastructure conditions.
  • Collaboration and data transparency are essential for the effective implementation and scaling of innovative solutions.
  • Returns management is as important as delivery organization, as it significantly impacts emission levels and operational costs.

Our participation in RTR Conference 2026 provided a valuable opportunity to share project results, exchange knowledge with international stakeholders, and strengthen cooperation toward more sustainable and zero-emission logistics systems.
