The Website may process users’ personal data, collected primarily by means of cookies.
Personal data collected by the website will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract for the provision of services by electronic means, to which the website user is a party, until its termination or expiry or response to the inquiry referred via the form, in connection with the implementation of the legitimate interest of the personal data administrator, which is the implementation of the project, i.e. 5 years. After this period, the personal data of the website users may be processed for archival and statistical purposes and until possible claims related to the performance of the contract for the provision of services are determined and secured.
The personal data of the website users are protected against unlawful disclosure to unauthorized persons, unauthorized access, taking, damage, modification or accidental destruction or loss.
The website user has the right to access data, rectify it, limit its processing, the right to transfer data, as well as – in the cases provided for by law – to request the cessation of data processing, its deletion or objection to the processing of data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
If the processing of the Service Recipient’s or Client’s personal data is based on their consent, they have the right to withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Users’ personal data will not be transferred to other entities, except for those authorized under the law, including those with whom the administrator has concluded appropriate agreements, e.g. in the field of IT support. The collected data will not be subject to profiling, nor will automated decisions be made based on them.
