GreenTurn consortium met in Zaragoza for General Assembly

On March 18-19, the GreenTurn project partners gathered in Zaragoza to summarize the progress of the project, discuss the next steps, and participate in interactive sessions focused on finalizing key project deliverables and developing guidelines for future activities.

The meeting covered topics such as digital communication strategies regarding the environmental footprint of e-commerce, methods for quantitative research on customer journeys, and the implementation frameworks for GreenTurn pilots, with a particular emphasis on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business models affiliated with each of them.

The event also included a study visit to Mercado Central de Zaragoza – one of the city’s public marketplaces and the location of the Spanish pilot. Partners had the opportunity to meet with representatives of the Zaragoza City Council and Mercado Central to gain a deeper understanding of the goals and ambitions behind this pilot in the Aragon region.
